We first started going to K9 academy international about six years ago when a friend told us about Nino. We have had dogs that Nino has trained and boarded in the past. After losing our last dog almost two years ago, Nino asked us if we ever thought of a German Sheppard. Six months later we put a deposit on one of his puppies due in July 2010. We brought our puppy Cola home in September. We had many questions about raising our puppy and Nino and his staff were always available via phone, text, or e-mail to answer questions or give advice. We started taking Cola to daycare at K9 Academy for socialization. One day when I picked her up she was playing with her brother that was not yet adopted. He and Cola played so well together and he was very cute and impressive looking. Needless to say we were so impressed with Cola, our relationship with Nino, and her brother, that we ended up adopting him as well. We have now had Cola and Ace for almost a year and could not be happier. Both of our German Shepherd dogs have different personalities and our three children ages 11, 9, and 7 love to play with them. We have started obedience training and are very happy with how well they are doing. We plan to start protection training soon. We could not be happier with our experience with Nino and would highly recommend him.
